The board you build cabinetry, carcasses and clinical furniture from. Co-extruded from our proprietary closed-cell polymer — waterproof the whole way through. Work it with the tools already on your bench, and water never finds a way in.
Drill it full of holes and sit it in water. It simply does not care.

Beyond waterproof
What it means for the people in the room.
If you can work wood, you can work this
No new tools. No new tricks.
Saw it, route it, drill it and fix it with the kit you already own. No specialist blades, no rigs to learn. It machines like a dense hardwood and holds a screw far harder than MDF.
01
Cuts clean, every timeCrisp edges off a standard blade. No splinter, no blow-out, no swelling where the saw went through.

2.5× the screw retention of MDFFixings bite and stay bitten. Hinges and runners hold in a wet room for the life of the unit.
The patented W14 system
Two panels in. One sealed piece out.
Most cabinetry relies on a mechanical joint — and a joint is a seam, a seam is a gap, and a gap is somewhere water sits and bacteria breed. W14 chemically welds WCB panels into one monolithic piece. Try and pull it apart.
✓
No seam, no harbourNowhere for bacteria to sit, nothing for water to creep behind.
✓
Made for clinical seamsWorktops, splashbacks and carcass joints become one continuous waterproof surface — exactly what a hospital or surgery needs.

How it’s made
Solid skin. Closed-cell core.
Two solid polymer skins co-extruded with a closed-cell core — our own proprietary formulation, the same waterproof material right the way through. There is no inside for water to reach: a cut edge or a drilled hole is as waterproof as the face. Lighter than solid grade laminate, stiff under load, and it takes a fixing like the timber you already trust.

Complies
Figures from the WCB material characteristics datasheet (18 mm board, EN 438-2 series). The headline is the one that matters on site: water can’t get in — the boiling-water figure is simply the lab proof sitting underneath it.
Where it earns its place
The same four wins, in every room.
Healthcare
Constant humidity and daily wash-down — the carcass never swells.
Dental
Wiped down with the harsh stuff between every patient. The surface stays put.
Veterinary
Hosed down daily, occupied around the clock. It shrugs it off.
Flood resilience
Fully submerged in a flood, the kitchen dries out and goes back in.
